1. Who we are

This site is operated by Financial Gravity Legacy Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Gravity Business Consulting ("Gravity Business Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). This notice explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what the surface you are using needs.

• Capital-readiness application: your first and last name, business email address, mobile phone number, company name, job title, optionally a LinkedIn profile, and your answers to the qualification questions.
• Interest and subscribe forms: your first name, work email address, and the topic you selected.
• Scheduling: when you book a call, the time you chose and the contact details you confirm.
• How you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
• Consent records: which permissions you gave, and when.
• Technical data: your IP address is used momentarily to rate-limit form abuse and is not stored alongside your submission. Cookies are described in section 5.

3. How we use it

We use your information to review your application and decide whether our process fits your company, to contact you about that application, to schedule and run the calls you book, to prepare the analysis you asked for, and to keep records of the decisions we made.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects. A person reviews and decides every advancement, and every message presenting a finding or an offer is sent by a person.

4. Text messages

If you tick the messaging consent boxes on the application, we send text messages about your application and the calls you schedule. Message frequency varies; a typical applicant receives roughly one to four messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your application, and consent to receive messages is never a condition of applying or of any purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. They are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choices. Analytics and advertising technologies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner, which you can reopen at any time using the cookie-preferences control in the footer.

Where you accept advertising cookies we share a limited, hashed record of a form submission with Meta so advertising is measured accurately. Where you decline, we do not.

6. Who processes your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions and under contract:

• Supabase — hosts our database.
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship system, which also delivers our email and text messages and hosts the booking calendars.
• Mailgun — sends our email and routes replies.
• Google — the video meetings you book.
• Meta — advertising measurement, only where you accepted advertising cookies.
• PostHog — product analytics, only where you accepted analytics cookies.
• Vercel and Sentry — host the site and alert us to technical errors.
• Bunny — delivers video on our pages. Trigger.dev — runs background processing.

7. How we protect it

Information is held in access-controlled systems and encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Access is limited to the people who need it for the work described above, credentials are held in a secrets manager rather than in code, and access to records is logged.

8. How long we keep it

We keep application records while we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legitimate business and legal purposes. Where you did not become a client we keep a limited record so we can recognise you if you return and can honour your contact preferences. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, stop text messages by replying STOP, and change cookie choices at any time using the footer control. This site is intended for business owners and executives. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We update this page when our practices change, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
