1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Financial Gravity Legacy Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Gravity Business Consulting ("Gravity Business Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"), at 2301 Ranch Road 620 S, Ste 110, Lakeway, TX 78734. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

We are a business advisory firm. We help companies prepare for growth capital and improve how the business runs.

We are not a lender, a broker, or a financing provider, and we arrange no loans. Any financing you obtain is subject to a provider's own approval, underwriting, terms and timing. We do not guarantee funding, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit or investment, legal advice, tax advice, or an accounting opinion.

3. Applying

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or entitle you to a meeting. We review each application and advance only the companies we believe fit the process and can be materially helped. You agree the information you give us is accurate and yours to share.

4. Our text message program

If you tick the messaging consent boxes on the application, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you gave.

• What we send: confirmation that your application was received, invitations to book a call, and confirmations and reminders for calls you scheduled. If you tick the marketing box, occasional related updates.
• How often: message frequency varies; a typical applicant receives roughly one to four messages.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your carrier.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is optional. It is never required to apply, to receive a proposal, or to buy anything.
• You must be 18 or older to consent to receive messages from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. They are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

6. Using the site
